Praktik Akad Jual Beli Akun Driver Transportasi Online Ditinjau dari Sosiologi Hukum

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sociological legal review of the actions of sellers and buyers in buying and selling online transportation driver accounts. This qualitative study uses a descriptive analytical method. Data were collected using in-depth interview techniques and literature studies, then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. This study found that there are two  factors in buyers' social actions. First, instrumental rational action, namely economic  factors, and second, value rational action, namely the motive of helping each other. This study implies that the perpetrators of buying and selling online transportation driver accounts have the potential for data misuse on online transportation driver accounts, for owners and sellers of accounts have the potential to become victims of data misuse, while buyers of online transportation driver accounts have the potential to become perpetrators of data misuse on online transportation driver accounts
